Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a stock issue, pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, delivery restriction or other reasonable reason.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or in our Delivery Policy.
Most UK orders ship within 24 hours on business days and usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
We aim to deliver goods within the timeframe shown at checkout. Where no specific timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
For EU and other international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local delivery services, incorrect delivery information or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk and ownership
The goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you provided or collected by you or a person you nominated.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For online orders, UK and EU consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Where you exercise your legal right to cancel, we will refund the item price and the standard delivery cost you paid for the order, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of standard delivery.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning your order, provided we have informed you of this before purchase.
We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced.
Nothing in these Terms of Service or our policies affects your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@puppington.co.uk with your order number, photos of the issue and a short description of what happened.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will review the issue and offer a repair, replacement, refund or other suitable solution in line with your statutory rights.
EU customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes those mandatory rights.
For EU consumers, the right of withdrawal generally allows you to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. You may be responsible for return postage unless we agree to pay it or unless the law requires otherwise.
Where required by applicable law, refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Promotions and discounts
From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotions, bundles, free gifts or other special offers.
Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed, withdrawn or extended at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively unless we choose to do so. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Final sale items
Items clearly marked as Final Sale are not eligible for our extended change-of-mind return policy unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or your statutory rights apply.
This does not limit your legal cancellation rights where those rights apply.
